Abstract
The study aims to explore the effects of amino acids to replace soybean meal in pig feed on production indicators and economic benefits of different stage of fattening pig.The experiment selected healthy Duroc growing pigs of similar birth age from a pig farm in Fujian Province,including 4 300 piglets,4 124 medium pigs,and 4 016 large pigs.They were evenly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group and the control group were fed with a reduced soybean meal replacement formula and a conventional dosage formula,respectively.At the beginning and end of each stage of the experiment,calculate daily weight gain,feed intake,feed to weight ratio,and calculate feed costs and economic benefits.The results showed that there was no significant difference in daily weight gain between the control group and the experimental group in the three stages of piglets,medium pigs,and large pigs(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the material to weight ratio between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05);The cost savings,however,for small pig feed,medium pig feed,and large pig feed raw materials are 68.05 yuan/ton,89.20 yuan/ton,and 75.10 yuan/ton,respectively.The economic benefits of piglets,medium pigs,and large pigs increased by 152 400 yuan,375 000 yuan,and 276 000 yuan respectively.In summary,feeding low protein diets to growing and fattening pigs did not affect their growth performance,and achieves reduced soybean meal substitution,increasing the economic and ecological benefits of breeding.关键词
