Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the compound anesthetic effect of Dexmedetomidine as a preanesthetic drug administered in rabbit gastrectomy with Zoletil Complex Sumianxin Ⅱ and the effect on the amount of anesthetic drug used and the anesthetic effect.Eight healthy rabbits were divided into four groups of two rabbits each,and both male and female rabbits were injected with Dexmedetomidine and Zoletil Complex Sumianxin Ⅱ half by body weight,and the anesthesia effect was evaluated by monitoring the anesthesia induction period,the anesthesia period,the awakening period,and physiological indexes(body temperature,respiratory rate,and heart rate).In group A(Dexmedetomidine 0.05 mL/kg,Zoletil 0.04 mL/kg,Sumianxin Ⅱ 0.04 mL/kg),group B(Dexmedetomidine 0.05 mL/kg,Zoletil 0.05 mL/kg,Sumianxin Ⅱ 0.05 mL/kg),Group C(Dexmedetomidine 0.06 mL/kg,Zoletil 0.05 mL/kg,Sumianxin Ⅱ0.05 mL/kg),group D(Dexmedetomidine 0.06 mL/kg,Zoletil 0.05 mL/kg,Sumianxin Ⅱ 0.05 mL).The results showed that anesthesia was maintained for a longer time in Groups B and C than in Groups A and D,which was statistically different(P<0.01).In all groups,body temperature decreased after anesthesia,respiration and heart rate decreased,and myorelaxation effect weakened with time.group C with increased dexmedetomidine dosage showed better sedation and analgesia than group B.The use of dexmedetomidine as a pre anesthetic agent can improve anesthesia efficacy,but increasing the dosage in this group does not directly prove a reduction in the use of anesthetic drugs.The dosage combination of Group C provides longer anesthesia maintenance and shorter recovery time,while also having good sedative and analgesic effects,which has a positive effect on improving the safety of rabbit surgery and postoperative recovery quality.关键词
