混样检测技术在鸡蛋金刚烷胺定量筛查中的应用研究
Application of mixed sample detection technology in quantitative screening of amantadine in eggs
摘要
Abstract
This study to explore the feasibility of detecting residual levels of amantadine in eggs after mixing multiple egg samples.Different groups of mixed sample were setted up to extract amantadine from eggs by using 1%acetic acid acetonitrile preparation solution.Amantadine was collected by the machine after dehydration,degreasing,spin drying and reconstitution,filter purification,and nitrogen blowing,dilute with 50%acetonitrile water,ect.Amantadine was quantified by positive ion scanning and isotope internal standard method.The results showed that the standard curve showed a good linear relationship(R2=0.9923)when the concentration of amantadine was 1～3 ng/mL on the machine.The recovery rate of amantadine was 76.5%～109.5%,and the RSD was 8.44%.This method is simple and easy to operate,meanwhile the recovery rate is stable.It can be used for efficient detection of amantadine in a large number of samples.关键词
