Abstract
Establish a method for detecting ecdysteroids in plant extracts by high-performance liquid chromatography.The extracts of spinach,maca,and dew grass were used as the research objects.C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)was used;The mobile phase was methanol∶water(45∶55,v/v).Flow rate of 1.0 mL/min;Detection wavelength of 240 nm;The molting hormone has a good linear relationship in the range of 1.0 to 200.0 ug/mL.Linear equation Y=2788.4X+1001.9;R2=0.9997,the limit of detection was 1.0 mg/kg,recovery rate 95.32%～99.35%.The method is simple and rapid,with good reproducibility and high accuracy.It can be used as a basis for detecting the ecdysone in plant extracts.关键词
