不同地域腰痛患者临床特征差异性及针灸综合治疗的疗效评价
Differences in Clinical Features Between Patients with Low Back Pain from Different Regions and Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment

Abstract
Objective To investigate the differences in clinical features between patients with low back pain from different re-gions,as well as the clinical effect of comprehensive acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.Methods A retrospective analy-sis was performed for 454 patients with low back pain who received comprehensive acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in Department of Orthopedics and Department of Geriatrics in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine and the outpatient service of Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Cosma Hospital of Cambodia from July 2022 to July 2023,and the patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into control group(the patients from Anhui Province of China)and the observation group(the patients from Phnom Penh of Cambodia)according to their regions.The two groups were analyzed in terms of the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome types and the effect of comprehensive acupuncture and mox-ibustion treatment on Visual Analogue Score(VAS)and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)scores of the two groups of patients.Results There were 4 TCM syndrome types of low back pain in this study,i.e.,cold-dampness syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,damp-heat syndrome,and deficiency of liver and kidney.For the patients from Anhui Province of China,57.89％had blood stasis syn-drome,24.56％had deficiency of liver and kidney,10.96％had cold-dampness syndrome,and 6.58％had damp-heat syndrome;for the patients from Phnom Penh of Cambodia,40.27％had damp-heat syndrome,27.43％had deficiency of liver and kidney,23.89％had blood stasis syndrome,and 8.41％had cold-dampness syndrome.There was a significant difference in the distribution of TCM syndrome types between the two groups(P＜0.05).After treatment,both groups had significant reductions in VAS and ODI scores(P＜0.05),and there were no significant differences in VAS and ODI scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Differ-ent regions,different climates,and different eating habits may lead to the different TCM syndrome types of low back pain,and com-prehensive acupuncture and moxibustion treatment has a similar clinical effect in patients with different TCM syndrome types.关键词
