Effect of Different Fertilizers on Soil Properties and the Appearance Characteristics and Quality of Radix Peucedani

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of different types and amounts of fertilizers on soil properties and the character-istics,yield,and quality of Radix Peucedani,and to provide a scientific basis for the selection of fertilizers for the cultivation of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn.Methods Treatment groups with different fertilizers at four different doses were established to measure the impact of different fertilization patterns on soil properties,the appearance characteristics and yield of the medici-nal material,and the content of indicator components in Radix Peucedani.Pearson correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis were used to explore the dominant factors for the impact of different types and amounts of fertilizers on soil properties and the appearance characteristics and indicator components of Radix Peucedani,and the CRITIC weighting method was used to evaluate the quality of the medicinal material.Results There were no significant differences in soil properties and appearance characteristics between the different treatment groups;however,the increase in the amount of fertilizers led to different chan-ging trends in the content of indicator components.The CRITIC analysis showed that the top three treatment methods in terms of the comprehensive score of medicinal material were compound fertilizer(225 kg/hm2,middle dose),microbial fertilizer(1 125 kg/hm2,low dose),and organic fertilizer(4 688 kg/hm2,high dose).Conclusion Based on the comprehensive evalua-tion of the impact of different types and amounts of fertilizers on the appearance characteristics,yield,soil properties,and indi-cator components of Radix Peucedani,a moderate amount of different types of fertilizers can help to improve the quality of me-dicinal materials and reduce production costs.关键词
