蒲公英趁鲜切制药材的质量评价研究
Quality Assessment of Fresh-cut Dandelion Medicinal Material

Abstract
Objective To measure the multiple quality parameters of fresh-cut dandelion medicinal material,and to provide a ba-sis for assessing the quality of fresh-cut dandelion medicinal material.Methods The methods including colorimetric measure-ment and multiple content determination were used to measure the quality parameters of fresh-cut dandelion medicinal material compared with the traditionally cut medicinal material,such as colorimetric value,yield,water content,ethanol-soluble ex-tracts,total flavonoids,mono-caffeoyl-tartaric acid,chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,chicoric acid,and cynaroside,and quality as-sessment was performed using chemometric methods.Results The contents of chemical components(total flavonoids,mono-caffeoyl-tartaric acid,chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,chicoric acid,and cynaroside)in fresh-cut dandelion were 1.20-3.45 times those in the traditionally cut medicinal material,suggesting that fresh-cut dandelion had higher contents of effective constituents than the traditionally cut medicinal material.Colorimetric assay showed that the fresh-cut medicinal material had a greener and brighter color.The principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis showed that fresh-cut dandelion and traditionally cut dandelion were each clustered into one group.Conclusion The fresh-cut process of dandelion is feasible and can provide a basis for quality control of fresh-cut dandelion medicinal material.关键词
