Failure Risk Analysis of Underground Gas Storage Wellbore Leakage

Abstract
Gas storage plays an increasingly prominent role in energy security,but the annular band pres-sure problem of injection-production wells in long cycle operation is prominent,and it is urgent to accurately i-dentify and quantify its safety risk.At present,risk identification and evaluation are mainly based on empirical identification and qualitative classification,which is difficult to meet the quantitative requirements.Therefore,based on the concept of barrier,a risk identification and quantitative evaluation method for gas storage well leak-age operation safety was constructed.Firstly,the leakage path of the wellbore components was identified,and the initial state evaluation process of the key well barrier components was defined and the correction method of the wellhead pressure curve was combined.At the same time,according to the wellhead pressure curve and the annulus liquid level monitoring data,the identification method of annulus belt pressure risk was proposed.Sec-ondly,a quantitative evaluation process was constructed,a variety of tools were used to achieve quantitative risk assessment,and the leakage probability of key safety barriers and the calculation method of leakage conse-quences were determined.Through the practical application of two typical annulus well killing projects in a do-mestic gas storage,the effectiveness of the risk assessment method was verified,and the current risk value,cur-rent control measures and subsequent control suggestions of high risk wells were given.The established wellbore leakage evaluation system can provide a theoretical basis for accurate risk control during the long cycle operation of gas storage injection-production wells.关键词
