Abstract
The treatment of breathing gas in storage tanks is a key issue concerned by the petroleum indus-try.The state has successively issued a number of air pollution control policies,requiring refining and chemical enterprises to strengthen the unorganized emission control of volatile organic compounds(VOCs),and accelerate the green and low-carbon transformation of enterprise energy.In order to solve the problem of excessive emission of harmful gas in oil storage tank,the causes of excessive emission in external floating roof storage tank should be analyzed from the aspects of edge seal,metering pipe and floating disc accessories,and measures should be taken to comprehensively control it.Firstly,the secondary sealing and oil-gas isolation film sealing technology was proposed,and the test results showed that the technology significantly reduced the emission concentration.Secondly,by installing a retractable sealing sleeve on a metering pipe with evenly distributed holes in the pipe body,the oil and gas in the tank were isolated from the outside world by covering the metering pipe as a whole,and the contact surface between the valve cover and the valve body of the automatic ventilation valve was changed to a soft seal form.Leakage detection data showed that the improvement significantly improved the seal-ing performance of the ventilation valve.In the end,a new type of anti-crystallization fire retardant breathing valve with buffer sealing structure was introduced,which was composed of nano-diaphragm and metal seat.Compared with hard sealed breathing valve,its performance was significantly improved.The results showed that through comprehensive treatment,the discharge of the external floating roof tank can meet the industry standard.关键词
