Abstract
Exploring a new path for the construction of laboratory safety standardization teams in chemical enterprises and using system thinking to promote the standardization,systematization and standardization of team safety management is of great significance for ensuring the high-quality transformation and development of enter-prises.The urgency of the safety management of laboratory teams in chemical enterprises was analyzed.In view of the needs of consolidating the safety production responsibility system,controlling safety management risks and standardizing safety standardization construction,it proposed the innovation path of building a"safety+"system for laboratory teams in chemical enterprises with three dimensions as the main body,namely"ideological and political guidance,standard management,and mission training".By enhancing safety awareness through ideo-logical and political education,achieving operational standardization through standardized management,and im-proving safety skills through diversified publicity and education,the safety management efficiency of work teams can be effectively promoted.It is ecpected to provide a new idea for the construction of laboratory team safety standardization in chemical enterprises,establish a generalized team safety management mechanism,which can provide valuable practical examples and theoretical guidance for similar laboratory teams.关键词
