摘要
Abstract
The classification standards for chemical hazards in foreign developed countries, regions, and China were systematically reviewed.Through comparative analysis of the differences between domestic and inter-national standards, the characteristics and existing problems of China′s classification standards were summa-rized.Foreign developed countries and regions were found to have achieved full-life-cycle risk control through dynamic update mechanisms,multi-regulation coordination, and refined classification, while also enhancing a-daptability to local needs.China was found to have built a regulatory support system based on the UN′s GHS standards and to have dynamically adjusted the"List of Hazardous Chemicals,"but issues such as lagging standard updates, insufficient inter-departmental coordination, and low corporate participation were identified. In response, reasonable suggestions such as accelerating standard updates, strengthening systemic and coordina-ted efforts, and improving corporate participation were proposed, which were aimed at promoting the develop-ment of a scientific, efficient, and China-appropriate system for classifying chemical hazards, ensuring the full-life-cycle safety management of hazardous chemicals in China.关键词
