腰痹康颗粒治疗腰椎滑脱症MIS-TLIF术后疗效观察
Clinical Effect of Yaobikang Granule after Minimally Invasive Transforaminal Lumbar Inter-body Fusion for Lumbar Spondylolisthesis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yaobikang Granule after minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar in-terbody fusion(MIS-TLIF)for lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods A total of 48 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis who underwent MIS-TLIF were divided into observation group and control group using a random number table,with 24 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given antibiotics,neurotrophic drugs,anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs,and dehydrating drugs after MIS-TLIF for lumbar spondylolisthesis,while those in the observation group were given o-ral administration of Yaobikang Granule(10-20 g each time,three times a day)in addition to the treatment in the control group;the course of treatment was 6 consecutive weeks for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of modified Brantigan score for interbody fusion at 3 and 6 months after treatment and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score for lower back pain and lower limb pain,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score for lumbar vertebra function,Japanese Orthopaedic Associa-tion(JOA)score and serum interleukin-1α(IL-1α)level before and after treatment,as well as the clinical outcome based on ODI score for lumbar vertebra function.Results Both groups had a significant increase in modified Brantigan score from 3 months to 6 months after treatment(P＜0.05),and the observation group had a significantly greater increase than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,both groups had significant reductions in VAS score,ODI score,and serum IL-1α level(P＜0.05)and a significant increase in JOA score(P＜0.05),and compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly greater changes in these indicators(P＜0.05).The observation group had a significantly better clinical out-come than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Yaobikang Granule has a marked clinical effect after MIS-TLIF for lum-bar spondylolisthesis and can improve lower back pain,restore lumbar vertebra function,and promote interbody fusion.关键词
