Abstract
In view of the challenges brought by the rapid delivery of military products and the complexity of equipment to the traditional production mode,a flexible digital production mode for military enterprises to adapt to the rapid delivery is proposed.Through the top-level design of flexible digital production mode,the transformation of traditional production mode can be realized,and the construction of special production line can be transformed into the construction of general production line,so as to enhance the production capacity of equipment processing,assembly and commissioning,and through the practice of generalization,automation and digitalization of production line,the flexible digital capability of the whole chain can be built.Rapid delivery of power equipment.The results show that this method can provide a reference for enterprises to improve the ability of rapid delivery.关键词
