车间设备噪声精密监测的三维声强阵列方法研究

Abstract
In the complex sound field,the operation state of the noise monitoring equipment is susceptible to the interference of other sound sources and the complex and changeable sound field environment.To solve this problem,a 3D sound intensity array technique is proposed for precise monitoring of multiple noise sources in a workshop.Based on the vector characteristics of the three-dimensional sound intensity,the sound intensity components on the three coordinate axes in the space rectangular coordinate system are decomposed,and the linear equations about the sound intensity components and the sound power of each sound source are constructed.The sound power spectrum of each sound source is separated,and the sound power level of the sound source under normal and fault conditions is compared to reflect the change of the device running state.The problem that the traditional acoustic monitoring is susceptible to interfer-ence sound source is solved.The results show that compared with the traditional sound pressure method,the three-dimensional sound in-tensity array method is more sensitive to equipment fault information extraction and less affected by background noise and other sound sources,which proves the effectiveness of the proposed method.关键词
