摘要

Abstract

On congested road sections,vehicles are densely packed and affected by complex traffic flow,resulting in low accuracy of safety distance warning.In order to ensure the safety of vehicles driving on congested road sections,a safety distance warning method based on multi fiber sensing is proposed.By dividing the sensing space of fiber optic sensors and encoding them,fiber optic sensors are deployed to form a fiber optic sensing network.By sensing the changes in optical signals caused by vehicles passing by,the position in-formation of the vehicles is collected.By combining information entropy and Pearson coefficient fusion to process the position informa-tion,the vehicle position is determined and the safe distance is calculated,achieving a safe distance warning for congested road sections.The simulation results show that the proposed method has high vehicle positioning accuracy,small distance detection error,and a root mean square error of only 0.027 m,with a warning accuracy rate of up to 99.7%.
