摘要

Abstract

The yarn tension sensor's core component is sensitive element,which is evaluated by sensitivity,stability,etc.In order to improve the sensor's sensitivity and stability,firstly,the sensor is analyzed and optimized from three aspects:material,size and structure,to determined the best patch position of strain gauge,thus ensuring the sensor's high sensitivity.After optimization,the sensor's first-order natural frequency is increased by 654.4 Hz,which greatly improves the sensor's stability through avoiding the resonant frequency in the sensor application environment.Secondly,the sensor's experiment results are compared with different parameters(materials,sizes and structures)under the application environment of the yarn tension sensor,and two kinds of sensitive elements suit for different appli-cation scenarios are determined,then their static characteristics are calibrated to obtain the static performance indexes such as linearity and repeatability.Thirdly,the dynamic characteristics of the sensor are tested and calibrated in a simulated yarn vibration environment.Finally,based on the above experiments and analysis,a reference scheme for selecting different sensitive element for different yarn type is put forward.
