Abstract
In order to obtain the force and torque information of the self-developed Stewart six-dimensional force sensor in real time,and overcome the complex shortcomings of traditional wired transmission and solve the power consumption problems of other wireless trans-mission methods,a multi-node data acquisition system based on LoRa wireless data transmission method is proposed.The MCU of the whole system uses the fully integrated mixed-signal on-chip system of C8051F350,the internal AD collects and stores the strain signal,and transmits it to the upper computer through the SX1280 RF chip based on LoRa modulation and demodulation technology.After re-ceiving the data,the host computer performs calibration and other processing on the data.The core of the whole system is to mobilize the system resources at the software level and ensure the orderly transmission of multi-node data.Finally,through continuous experimental tests,the whole system can ensure that the maximum range error between the measured value of force and torque and the actual value is kept within±1%,which provides a certain reference significance for multi-node wireless data transmission.关键词
