摘要
Abstract
A rotavirus strain(HB2022)was isolated from infected piglets from a pig farm in Xiangyang,Hubei Province.The genotypes of 11 fragments of the virus were analyzed,and the evolutionary tree of each gene fragment was constructed to explore the genetic evolutionary relationship of each gene fragment.The results showed that HB2022 strain belonged to the genotype G9-P[23]-I1-R1-C1-M1-A8-N1-T1-E1-H1.Evolutionary tree analysis showed that HB2022 belonged to the WA-like strain skeleton and might be a pig-human-giant panda recombinant strain.关键词
