浮萍与凤眼莲浮床对草鱼养殖水体净化效果的比较研究
Comparison study on purification effects of Lemna minor and Eichharnia crassipes floating bed on grass carp culture pond water quality

Abstract
In order to analyze and evaluate the purification effects of ecological floating bed on aquaculture water quality,experiment on the effects of floating bed cultivation with Lemna minor and Eichharnia crassipes on water quality of mainly grass carp culture pond was conducted with landbased enclosures.The results showed that both of Lemna minor and Eichharnia crassipes could significantly reduce the mainly nutrient content of aquaculture water,and the maximum removal rates of ammonia nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen,TN(total nitrogen)and CODMn of aquaculture pond water by Lemna minor were 84.32%,37.25%,46.26%and 27.63%with those by Eichharnia crassipes being 82.98%,55.51%,33.52%and 23.58%,respectively.The removal rates of mainly nutrients of aquaculture water by Lemna minor were better than those by Eichhornia crassipes except that of nitrite nitrogen.The concentration of TP(total phosphorus)of aquaculture water increased first and then decreased during the experiment,and there was not significant difference between the removal rates of TP of aquaculture water by Lemna minor,Eichharnia crassipes and the control group.Overall,both of Lemna minor and Eichharnia crassipes have significant removal effects on the main nutrients of the water of grass carp culture pond,and the local aquatic macrophyte Lemna minor had some advantages in the purification of nitrogen nutrients and organic matter of the aquacuture water.关键词
