Microscopic Mechanisms of Plastic Deformation in Ti3Pt
摘要
Abstract
Ti-Pt series alloys are widely used in many fields due to their excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature shape memory characteristics.However,the complexity of the intermetallic compound structure in Ti-Pt alloys results in poor room-temperature deformability,which significantly limits further applications of Ti-Pt alloys.The Ti3Pt phase,as a very common intermetallic compound in Ti-Pt alloys,still lacks a comprehensive understanding of its deformation mechanisms.Thus,with the aid of in situ micromechanical compression and electron microscopy characterization,the plastic deformation mechanisms of the Ti3Pt phase have been studied,demonstrating that the Ti3Pt phase undergoes plastic deformation through localized dramatic disordering and grain rotation,thereby providing a theoretical foundation and guidance for further optimization of the mechanical properties of Ti-Pt alloys.关键词
