Synthesis of Magnetic Covalent Organic Framework Fe3O4@COFs and Its Adsorption Technology Study on T-2 Toxin

Abstract
Mycotoxin T-2 is highly toxic and commonly found in contaminated crops and their products.It is extremely hazardous to humans and livestock.Potential risks can be eliminated by adsorption treatment to ensure the safety of related production and life.In this study,a covalent organic framework material of Fe3O4@COFs was synthesized by glutaraldehyde coupling method.The adsorption equilibrium,adsorption kinetics and adsorption mechanism of Fe3O4@COFs on T-2 toxin were studied.The results showed that the magnetic covalent organic framework of Fe3O4@COFs had a significant effect on the adsorption and enrichment of T-2 toxin,and the adsorption process could be completed within 30 min.The adsorption kinetic model is more in line with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.The adsorption mechanism is that there is a"π-π"interaction between Fe3O4@COFs and T-2 toxin.Studies have also shown that chemical adsorption is the rate-determining step of T-2 toxin.It was used as a magnetic solid phase extraction material to adsorb and enrich T-2 toxin in food.When the extraction conditions were optimized,a mixed solution of acetonitrile and formic acid was used as the eluent.The elution rate was from 83.90%to 89.10%,and the recovery rate was 83.44%-88.6%.The synthesized Fe3O4@COFs material,combined with liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS),enabled the adsorption and enrichment of T-2 toxin in food.关键词
