高强度、耐低温水凝胶的制备及在柔性可穿戴设备中的应用
Preparation of High Strength and Low Temperature Resistant Conductive Hydrogel and Its Application in Flexible Wearable Devices

Abstract
The utilization of flexible and stretchable sensors is imperative for the advancement of next-generation sensing systems in wearable devices or soft robotics.To address challenges associated with the low strength of flexible materials and poor cold tolerance,a highly performant ion-conductive hydrogel was successfully synthesized based on polyacrylamide and deep eutectic solvent(PAAm/DES).The results demonstrated that the PAAm/DES hydrogel showed excellent mechanical properties,with a tensile stress ranging from 0.95 to 3.2 MPa and corresponding tensile strain between 550%and 1200%.Furthermore,the PAAm/DES hydrogel demonstrated outstanding adhesion capabilities,enabling seamless integration with various materials.Notably,the PAAm/DES hydrogel presented low-temperature tolerance,which maintained an electrical conductivity of 90 mS·m-1 even at-20 ℃.Simultaneously,the PAAm/DES hydrogel displayed a stable signal response in low-temperature conditions,maintaining an unaltered signal response over 500 cycles of stretching.关键词
