Formulation and Molding Technology of Hydrophilic Gel Pox Patch

Abstract
In this study,the matrix prescription of hydrophilic gel acne patch was optimized to determine the best molding process.The appearance,initial adhesion,adhesion and peel strength were used as the evaluation indices of acne patch.The matrix formulation of acne patch was optimized by response surface method,and the technical parameters of patch forming process were determined.Fourier transform infrared absorption spectroscopy(FTIR)technique and Raman spectroscopy were used to analyze the molecular structure of the gel acne patches,and the microscopic morphology was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the optimal formulation of the patch matrix was determined to be NP700 8 g,glycine aluminum 0.8 g,glycerol 120 g,kaolin 3.4 g,mint 0.2 mL,tartaric acid 0.3 g,and appropriate amount of water.The preparation process of the hydrogel acne patch was stable and feasible,and the final product had uniform appearance,smooth appearance,moderate viscosity,good spreadability,and strong toughness.The SEM results showed that the hydrophilic gel acne patch had a network structure,the three-dimensional structure was compact,and there was a grafting polymerization reaction.FTIR and Raman spectra show that there are hydrogen bonding and intermolecular entanglement,and cross-linked ionic bonds are formed between Al3+ions and carboxyl and carboxyl groups.关键词
