喷水推进装置液压系统故障建模及仿真分析
Fault modeling and simulation analysis of hydraulic system in water jet's propulsion unit
摘要
Abstract
To address the difficulties involved in the effective fault diagnosis within the hydraulic system of waterjet's propulsion unit,this paper develops a fault model by using AMESIM software to analyze its working principles and identify the main faults.The focus of the research is on typical hydraulic system faults,including internal and external leakage of the steering cylinder,blockage and internal leakage of the steering valve,pump leakage,and pipeline leakage.A fault injection model of the hydraulic system is created and simulated to extract system parameters under fault conditions.By examining the characteristics of each fault,the impacts and defining parameters of various faults on the hydraulic system performance of the water jet's propulsion units are analyzed,promoting the accurate diagnosis of hydraulic system faults in water jet's propulsion unit.关键词
