基于价值差异化的高铁列车捎带货物运输组织研究

Abstract
To fully utilize the remaining transportation capacity of high-speed trains,enhance the economic efficiency of railways,and meet the freight market's demand for high timeliness and safety,this study investigated the optimization of cargo transport organization for high-speed rail trains under a passenger-freight co-transportation model.First,based on the cargo transport demand across two consecutive periods,this article differentiated between various goods of differing added value for targeted transportation.The optimization objective was to minimize the total cost of carrying cargo on high-speed trains,taking into account storage costs incurred when goods arrive at stations ahead of schedule,penalty costs for overdue deliveries,and delivery obstruction costs due to capacity limitations that affect customer trust.The model could adhere to constraints such as train carrying capacity,station loading and unloading efficiency,and the uniqueness of transportation.This model was applied to the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway and utilizes VB.NET to call the CPLEX solver for numerical experiments.The results indicate that,under predetermined freight demand scenarios,the established model rapidly generates high-quality transport organization schemes that adequately meet the time-sensitive requirements of various goods while considering different value attributes.Specifically,with a configuration of 450 random cargo transport demands and 44 high-speed trains,the cargo loading rate can exceed 90%,with loading rates for goods of different transport time requirements also approaching 90%.Comparisons between optimization schemes with and without differentiation of goods value show that the average loading rate for high-value goods is significantly higher when differentiated by value than when not.The findings can provide valuable insights for the high-speed rail carry-on transport model concerning the shipment of goods with varying transport time requirements and different value attributes.关键词
