Abstract

The demand for comprehensive treatment of waste gas and liquid in the chemical industry is enor-mous.Taking a petrochemical project as an example,combined with the company's boiler design and operation experience,a chemical waste gas and waste liquid incineration waste heat furnace is proposed and designed to use high-temperature flue gas generated from waste gas and waste liquid incineration to heat multiple media.The incineration waste heat furnace is equipped with multi-stage heating surfaces based on its heat transfer char-acteristics,achieving the recovery of heat from flue gas and improving heat transfer efficiency;In response to the different treatment temperatures of exhaust gas and waste liquid,the incinerator is designed with an exhaust gas incineration section and a waste liquid incineration section.The furnace is equipped with castable partition walls and checkerboard walls,which can ensure the incineration removal rate of exhaust gas and waste liquid by se-lecting the appropriate incineration temperature and flue gas residence time;The flue gas preheater is a tube box structure and a temperature regulating air is installed at the inlet to control the outlet temperature of the exhaust gas.This design concept can provide reference and guidance for the purification and treatment of other waste gases and liquids,as well as the design of incinerators.
