茶皂苷对壬基酚诱导小鼠脾损伤的保护作用机制研究
Protective Mechanism of Tea Saponins on Nonylphenol Induced Splenic Injury in Mice
摘要
Abstract
The aim of this study is to explore the mechanism and effect of tea saponins(TS)in antagonizing the immunotoxicity of nonylphenol(NP).48 clean grade ICR mice were randomly divided into a control group(CON),a toxic group(NPG),a tea saponin control group(TSG),and a tea saponin intervention group(TSN).After continuous treatment for 30 days,the growth status,immune factor changes,oxidative and antioxidant indicators,as well as differences in antioxidant protein expressions of the mice were ana-lyzed.The results showed that TS could significantly improve the growth status of mice(P<0.05),signifi-cantly enhance the body's antioxidant capacity and immune factor levels(P<0.05),and upregulate the ex-pression levels of antioxidant proteins Nrf2,NQO1,and HO-1(P<0.05),significantly improving NP in-duced damage to mouse spleen tissue structure.The results indicate that TS can antagonize NP immunotox-icity and have a protective effect on the body,which is related to enhancing the expressions of antioxidant proteins in the spleen and inhibiting oxidative stress.This provides basic theoretical parameters for TS to study tea saponin detoxification protection products and possible applications.关键词
