牛结节性皮肤病研究进展
Progress on Lumpy Skin Disease
摘要
Abstract
Lumpy skin disease(LSD)is a viral bovine infectious disease,which mainly leads to the appear-ance of nodules or broken scabs on the skin of diseased cattle,accompanied by a variety of complications,such as decreased milk production and growth retardation in severe cases,and it is one of the economically important animal diseases,and there is currently no treatment for the disease.In 1929,LSD was reported for the first time in Zambia,and since then in the past few decades it has been gradually spreading from Af-rica to the Middle East and appeared in Asian and East Asian countries.In 2019,LSD was first introduced into China and spread in several regions,showing a pandemic situation,posing a serious threat to the cattle breeding industry in China.At present,domestic research on this disease is relatively weak,and this paper reviews the current status of LSD,including its pathogenic characteristics,epidemiological situation,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,and preventive and control measures,with the aim of providing a reference for fu-ture research on various aspects of LSD.关键词
