硫酸乙酰肝素生物合成及修饰过程中关键酶的功能研究进展
Advances in Biosynthesis of Heparan Sulfate and the Biological Functions of Key Modifying Enzymes
摘要
Abstract
Heparan sulfate(HS)is a linear isomeric polysaccharide composed of multiple highly sulfated uronic acid and glucosamine bisaccharide repeat units.HS acts as a cell surface receptor and binds to cyto-kines and a variety of virions including foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV),playing important and ex-tensive roles in biological functions.The synthesis of functional HS macromolecules includes both intracel-lular biosynthesis and extracellular post-synthetic modification processes,which involves the participation of many enzymes.In this paper,the process of HS biosynthesis and modification was reviewed from the per-spective of polysaccharide polymerization and protein modification,and the key enzymes and functions in-volved were summarized,which would provide theoretical references for the further study of biological functions and chemical enzymatic synthesis of HS.关键词
