牛病毒性腹泻亚单位疫苗制备研究进展
Progress on Preparation of Subunit Vaccines for Bovine Viral Diarrhea
摘要
Abstract
Bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV)is an important pathogen affecting the global cattle industry.Its symptoms such as decreased milk yield,slow growth,reproductive disorders and weight loss have brought huge economic losses to the global cattle industry.There is no cure for the disease,vaccine is the main method of prevention.Due to the shortcomings of inactivated and live vaccines and the inability to dis-tinguish between wild virus infection and immune-induced infection,novel subunit vaccines are being ex-plored to prevent BVD.Subunit vaccines can distinguish between viral infections and immune-induced infec-tions and induce the body to produce higher levels of antibodies with fewer side effects and higher safety.There are currently no commercially available subunit vaccines.The structure and type of BVDV,preva-lence at home and abroad,and preparation methods of BVD subunit vaccines were reviewed in this paper,in order to provide reference for the development of new vaccines to prevent BVD.关键词
