云南省部分地区山羊十二指肠贾第虫基因型鉴定及分析
Genotype Identification and Analysis of Giardia duodenalis in Goats in Some Areas of Yunnan Province
摘要
Abstract
To understand the infection and genotype distribution of Giardia duodenalis in goats in some ar-eas of Yunnan Province.A total of 183 fresh goat fecal samples were collected from two regions of Yunnan Province,and G.duodenalis in the samples were detected based on the nucleic acid triose isomerase(tpi)locus.The results showed that the total The total infection rate of goat fecal samples collected in this study was 9.29％(17/193),and the infection rates in Honghe and Kunming were 8.24％(7/85)and 10.20％(10/98),respectively.There was no significant difference in the infection rate of G.duodenalis in different re-gions,different breeds and different breeding methods(P＞0.05).A total of one aggembiage was found,which was aggembiage E.Within assemblage E,E4 and E5 were the dominant subtypes,with E4,E5,E56,E12,E3 being identified in this study.The results showed that there was Giardia duodenalis infection in goats exists in some areas of Yunnan Province.The distribution of Giardia duodenalis presents limited ge-netic diversity,and the dominant assemblage and subtyes are mainly infected animals.The results of this study are helpful to fully understand the epidemiological characteristics and zoonotic risk of Giardia duo-denalis in goats in Yunnan Province,and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of this dis-ease.关键词
