Abstract
To solve the sampling difficulties of a permanent magnet synchronous motor in an unobservable zone in sin-gle-resistance sampling,a dual-period compensation strategy is proposed.First,a symmetric switching signal modula-tion strategy is designed to scale and compensate the switching signal duty cycle in two consecutive cycles,so that the sampling window is expanded to the minimum sampling time.Second,a current sampling and reconstruction method is designed to apply the dual-period symmetric modulation strategy to both the maximum and minimum duty cycle signals based on the low modulation region within the unobservable zone,and the modulation strategy is applied to both the in-termediate duty cycle signals and one of the maximum and minimum duty cycle signals based on the middle and high modulation regions.Third,a mathematical model of phase current on the sampling time scale is established by combin-ing the low and medium-high load conditions,respectively,and the spectral analysis of changes in phase current under the strategy control is carried out.Finally,a single-resistance sampling control system of the motor was constructed based on the strategy,and current harmonic experiments were carried out with a comparison with the traditional vector phase-shifting strategy.Experimental results show that the dual-period compensation strategy can realize current sam-pling and reconstruction in the unobservable zone,and it can effectively reduce the total harmonic distortion of phase current in the low-load area compared with the traditional strategy.关键词
