腹腔镜胆囊切除术对胆囊结石治疗效果分析
Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy on Gallstones
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on gallbladder stones.Methods A total of 100 patients with gallbladder stones who were treated in hospital from October 2019 to October 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 50 patients in each group.The experimental group was treated with laparoscopic cholecys-tectomy,while the control group was treated with traditional open-abdominal surgery.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,post-operative exhaust time,hospital stay and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,intraop-erative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the complication rate was also lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on gallbladder stones is significantly better than that of traditional open-abdominal surgery,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
