Abstract

Under the background of"Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",carbon flow analysis of power system has become the focus of researches at present.To estimate the carbon emission flow of power system quickly and accurate-ly,three carbon footprint estimation methods,i.e.,average carbon potential method,electric quantity method and typi-cal day estimation method,are proposed in this paper for three systems with different information characteristics based on the traditional carbon flow calculation of power system.The core of these methods is to equivalently set the time-se-ries carbon potential of the system as a fixed value according to different known conditions.On this basis,the user car-bon footprint and line loss carbon footprint are estimated according to the electricity consumption and line loss.Finally,according to the carbon flow conservation conditions of power system and the state estimation method,an improved car-bon footprint estimation model with correction factors is further put forward to improve the estimation accuracy.The re-sult of an example shows that the proposed estimation method can quickly estimate the carbon footprint of the power sys-tem in a period of time with a smaller estimation error,providing a practical carbon footprint estimation method for pow-er system.
