舌黏膜治疗医源性尿道损伤的效果
Efficacy of Tongue Mucosa in Treatment of Iatrogenic Urethral Injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and influence of oral mucosa transplantation urethroplasty and traditional urethro-plasty in the treatment of iatrogenic urethral stricture.Methods In this study,a total of 20 patients with iatrogenic urethral stricture were carefully selected and subsequently divided into two groups based on the treatment methods they would receive:The control group was treated with traditional urethral dilation.The observation group was treated with oral mucosa transplantation urethroplasty.The patients were reviewed and followed up for 3 months,6 months and 1 year.The urinary status of the two groups was compared,the maximum uri-nary flow rate,symptom evaluation,postoperative complications and recurrence of urethral stenosis were recorded,and the relevant indi-cators of the patients were analyzed.Results The maximum postoperative urinary flow rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,3 months after surgery:(13.05±2.65)mL/s vs(7.18±2.08)mL/s,P<0.05;6 months after surgery:(12.50±2.45)mL/s vs(6.85±2.00)mL/s,P<0.05;One year after surgery:(12.00±2.35)mL/s vs(6.50±1.95)mL/s,P<0.05.The residual urine volume in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(25.12±15.32)mL vs(51.96±21.47)mL,P<0.05,The interval between urinary difficulties was significantly longer in the control group(22.98±7.96)d vs(12.65±4.67)d,P<0.05.The cure rate of the observation group was 95.0%,while that of the control group was 82.5%(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 20%(2/10),while in the control group it was 60%(6/10),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=1.875,P<0.05).Conclusion Tongue mucosa transplantation urethroplasty in the treatment of iatrogenic urethral stricture showed higher effi-cacy and lower complication rate,worthy of clinical application.关键词
