个案管理模式干预对儿童烧伤患者心理状态及生活质量的影响
Effect of Case Management Mode Intervention on Psychological State and Quality of Life of Children with Burn
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the process of case management model intervention in adjusting the psychological state and improving the quality of life of pediatric burn patients,and to provide a scientific basis for optimizing psychological care strategies in the treatment of pediatric burns.Methods:60 pediatric burn patients from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an in-tervention group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine intervention and health education guidance,while the intervention group received case management model intervention on this basis.The hospital stay,quality of life,sleep quality,and psychological state at discharge and 6 months after discharge,as well as the satisfaction of patients'families with the treat-ment,were compared between the two groups.Results:At discharge and 6 months after discharge,the intervention group showed more significant improvements in quality of life,sleep quality,and psychological state compared to the control group,with statistically signifi-cant differences(P<0.05).The hospital stay in the intervention group(25.4±5.2 days)was shorter than that in the control group(33.5±7.5 days).The satisfaction score of patients'families in the intervention group(4.16±0.42)was higher than that in the control group(3.31±1.06),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Case management model intervention in pediatric burn patients can shorten hospital stay,improve patients'quality of life and psychological state,and enhance the satisfaction of patients'families with the treatment.关键词
