磁共振3D-ASL脑灌注成像技术联合DWI在缺血性脑卒中的临床应用
Clinical Application of Magnetic Resonance 3D-ASL Cerebral Perfusion Imag-ing Combined with DWI in Ischemic Stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of magnetic resonance three-dimensional arterial spin labeling(3D-ASL)combined with dif-fusion weighted imaging(DWI)in the diagnosis of ischemic stroke.Methods Fifty patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from January to August 2024 were included in the study group,and 50 healthy people from our hospital during the same period were se-lected to be included in the control group.All participants were subjected to MRI 3D-ASL brain perfusion imaging combined with DWI examination,and the results of inter-group examination were analyzed.Results Ischemic blood flow(CBF)in the ischemic core was lower than that in the IP area of Ischemic Penumbra(P<0.05).The scores of Relative Cerebral Blood Flow and Functional Independence Measure in the study group after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of MRI 3D-ASL brain perfusion imaging combined with DWI in the diagnosis of ischemic stroke patients is helpful to obtain relatively accurate diagnostic data,and is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.关键词
