商丘地区终末期癌症患者安宁疗护需求现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of Current Status and Influencing Factors of Palliative Care Needs for Terminal Cancer Patients in Shangqiu Region

Abstract
Objective Investigate the current demand for palliative care among end-stage cancer patients in the local area and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire was developed based on the Anderson model,and 105 end-stage cancer patients from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected to investigate their basic information,physical condition,willingness to receive palliative care,and preference for institution selection.The influencing factors were analyzed using an ordered logistic regression model.Results 28.57%of patients were aware of palliative care,62.86%were aware of end-stage cancer treatment methods,and 61.90%of patients were willing to receive palliative care.The most common reason for receiving active treatment was"I can't bear to leave my family"(67.50%),and the most common reason for refusing active treatment was"to avoid burdening my family"(72.31%).The higher the level of educa-tion and income,the higher the acceptance rate of palliative care services;Regardless of the location of palliative care,men are less likely to receive palliative care services;People who do not live with their families are more willing to choose independent palliative care institu-tions;Urban residents are more willing to choose community health service institutions;People with higher education levels are more will-ing to choose community health service institutions and hospice care wards in general hospitals.Conclusion The willingness of end-stage cancer patients to receive palliative care is related to their higher education level and monthly income.In the future,multi-level pal-liative care services are needed,and comprehensive hospitals should be equipped with palliative care wards,and community health ser-vice centers and independent palliative care institutions should be used to meet the needs of different patients.关键词
