Dynamic Reconfiguration Model and Method Applied to Snow-shaped Distribution Network for Flexible Load Transfer

Abstract
Aimed at the problems in urban power grids such as uneven spatial-temporal distribution of loads and large load fluctuations,a multi-stage dynamic reconfiguration model is proposed in this paper,which can be applied to a snow-shaped distribution network to realize flexible load transfer.First,the topological model and power flow model of the snow-shaped distribution network are constructed.Second,a multi-stage dynamic reconfiguration model of the snow-shaped distribution network considering distributed generations and electric energy storage is established to minimize the load balance degree and active power loss.Third,the non-convex model of dynamic reconfiguration is transformed into a mixed integer second-order cone programming model based on the convex relaxation theory.Finally,the validity of the proposed model and method is verified by an actual power grid.Results show that the dynamic reconfiguration of distribution network based on the snow-shaped network can effectively utilize the load transfer capability of feeders to balance the light-and heavy-load substations and line loads,thereby improving the operating safety and economy of the power grid.关键词
