医用纳米制剂的研究发展
Research and Development of Medical Nano-Preparations
摘要
Abstract
Nano-preparations have shown unique advantages in improving drug delivery routes,bioavailability,biodegradability and tar-geting.They make the clinical application of drugs with poor water solubility and large side effects clinical application,and promote the development of medicine.The nano-preparations such as polymer vesicles,polymer micelles and dendritic macromolecules develop well in drug delivery,disease diagnosis,tumor therapy and gene therapy.With the unique size advantage of nano preparations,drugs,genes,proteins and other therapeutic ingredients can be microscopically recombined,thereby improving the physical and chemical properties and the efficacy of drugs,which provids important support for modern medical treatment.In this paper,the types,functions and applica-tions of several nano-preparations in the field of medicine are reviewed.关键词
