CO2/R290余热深度利用热泵系统实验研究与㶲分析
Experimental study and exergy analysis of CO2/R290 heat pump system for deep utilization of waste heat

Abstract
To investigate the application potential and energy efficiency enhancement mechanism of zeotropic mixture heat pumps for deep utilization of waste heat,an experimental study was conducted on the perfor-mance of CO2/R290 and pure R290 in the scenario of a large temperature difference between the inlet and out-let water of the evaporator.An exergy analysis was performed on the results.The findings indicate that the en-ergy efficiency of CO2/R290 is optimal at a charge amount of 0.6 kg.The charge amount has a negligible im-pact on the exergy efficiency of the evaporator.When the CO2 mass fraction is 15%,compared with pure R290,the compression ratio of CO2/R290 decreases by 24.4%;the compressor exergy efficiency increases by 0.109;the expansion valve's exergy loss per unit mass flow rate decreases by 47.0%;the condenser exergy efficiency increases by 0.022;the evaporator exergy efficiency increases by 0.606.CO2/R290 significantly improves the temperature matching of the evaporator,demonstrating the substantial advantages of zeotropic mixture heat pumps for deep utilization of waste heat.关键词
