Abstract

To address the threats posed by extreme disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes to the safety of distribu-tion and communication networks,as well as the reduced efficiency of post-disaster recovery,an optimal strategy for the joint fault repair and recovery of distribution and communication networks is proposed.First,a coupling model of distribution and communication networks is established to explicitly define their interdependencies and quantify the im-pact of communication faults on the remote-controlled switches and the repair scheduling of the distribution network.Second,practical factors such as construction team route optimization,dynamic scheduling of mobile power supplies and prioritized recovery of critical loads are considered,based on which an optimization model for the joint repair of dis-tribution and communication networks is developed.The objective function aims to minimize the power outage losses,enabling an efficient allocation of multiple types of repair resources and the formulation of a fault repair and recovery strategy.Finally,the CPLEX solver is used to optimize the deterministic model,and t validate the model's effective-ness.Results demonstrate that the proposed joint fault repair strategy significantly accelerates the recovery speed of criti-cal loads,reduces the power outage losses and enhances the system's post-disaster recovery efficiency and resilience.
