流域水电梯级开发环境累积效应研究方法综述
Review of research methods on cumulative impacts of hydropower cascade development environment in river basin
摘要
Abstract
To explore the future directions of environmental cumulative impact methods of hydropower cascade development in river basin,the basic issues of cumulative impacts are discussed,including concepts,composi-tion,characteristics,and methodologies.The process of the emergence and development of the concept of cu-mulative impacts is reviewed,and the core elements which must be included in defining cumulative impacts are proposed.The current state of researches on cumulative impacts all over the world is sorted out,and ten meth-ods for evaluating environmental cumulative impacts are summarized.Taking the Tianquan River Basin and the middle reaches of the Tao River as examples,the application and practical cases of cumulative impacts in hy-dropower cascade development projects in China's river basin are analyzed.The study of cumulative impacts has become an urgently needed field of attention,with an anticipated significant increase in research demands in the future.The directions and prospects for future studies on cumulative impacts are proposed.关键词
