Abstract
SPMT axis vehicles are gradually promoted in China due to such advantages as flexibility,high load capacity,and low demand for site conditions.In view of many unfavorable factors for the transportation such as the process pipeline trenches and drainage ditches in ports,an analysis was carried out for the process of delivering large structures across the process pipeline trenches by using SPMT axis vehicles.Firstly,the foundation is modeled based on local soil characteristics,namely,a steel-soil coupling model was used to build an integrated finite element analysis model after paving one layer of steel plate over the process pipeline trench.Then,the motion state of the SPMT vehicle crossing the process pipeline trench was divided into four extreme load conditions,and the motion problem was statically analyzed,finite element solution was done before comprehensive analysis.As a new approach for calculating the strength and stability of foundations and steel plates during SPMT transportation,it provides a theoretical basis for the construction.关键词
