基于谐振腔电流优化的CLLC变换器参数设计OA
Parameter Design of CLLC Converter Based on Resonant Cavity Current Optimization
CLLC变换器因其宽电压增益范围且易实现软开关的优点被广泛应用于新能源功率变换系统中.然而,其设计广泛使用的基波近似法在远离谐振点时存在较大误差,因此从谐振腔电流优化的角度提出一种基于时域模型的CLLC变换器参数设计方法.首先,基于时域模型分析变换器的电压增益及谐振腔电流特性,并提出一种特征阻抗与谐振电流的约束函数.然后,以增益、模式边界及零电压开关(ZVS)条件进行约束得到参数设计域,并用约束函数在区域内获得优化设计点.最后,通过所设计的1 kW实验样机验证了所提方法的可行性,样机峰值效率达到97.48%.
CLLC converters are widely used in new energy power conversion systems because of their wide voltage gain range and easy realization of soft switching.However,the fundamental wave approximation method widely used in its design has the relatively large errors when it is far away from the resonant point.Therefore,a parameter design method of CLLC converter based on the time domain model is proposed from the perspective of resonant cavity current optimization.Firstly,the voltage gain of the converter and the current characteristics of the resonant cavity are analyzed based on the time domain model,and a constraint function of characteristic impedance and resonant current is proposed.Then,the parameter design domain is obtained with the domain using the constraining the gain,mode boundary and zero voltage switching(ZVS)condition,and the optimal design point is obtained with the domain using the constraint function.Finally,a 1 kW prototype is designed to verify the feasibility of the proposed method,and the peak efficiency of the prototype reaches 97.48%.
