摘要

Abstract

The two conditioning processes(Fe2+/CaO2/Coal slime and S-ZVI/CaO2/Coal slime)were devel-oped based on Fenton-like reaction coupled solid waste strategy.The effects of different conditioning pro-cesses on sludge dewatering performance were investigated.The combustion feasibility of conditioned sludge was analyzed by proximate analysis,ultimate analysis and calorific value analysis.The technical routes of sludge coupled coal slime combustion collaborative disposal were conducted via dry energy balance,economic analysis and carbon emission accounting.The results show that the moisture content of the sludge after two Fenton-like coupled coal slime conditioning are both less than 55%,and the lower heating values of the dewa-tered sludge cake are 6 538 and 6 346 kJ/kg,respectively,which could meet the requirements of self-sustaining combustion.Furthermore,the high volatile matter of sludge and the high fixed carbon content of coal slime could ensure that sludge coupled coal slime co-combustion is one of the final disposal methods for dewatered cake.Overall,the Fe2+/CaO2/Coal slime process has more advantages in dewatering performance,heat output,and carbon emissions,providing a theoretical basis for achieving sludge and coal slime co-combustion.
