Abstract
A theory analysis was combined with specific execution steps to produce A new method for measuring the corrosion area of steel bars.The projection images were obtained by photographing an auxiliary device and 8 steel bar samples together.The second shot were taken after rotating them by 45°,and 8 shots in total.Photoshop software was used to analyze all projection images covering the side of steel bars.Based on Crop command,Histogram command,and Color Range command,the corrosion area of steel bars and its percentage were finally calculated by comparing the pixel value of the corrosion area with that of the upper half of steel bar.The calculation results verified the accuracy of this method.关键词
