Abstract

In view of the current situation that no complete set of verification,calibration or test can be carried out for the large tonnage weighing system of marine equipment,a theoretical analysis method was adopted to obtain the factors for the measurement errors of the marine equipment weighing system as well as the theoretical uncertainty of marine equipment weighing system based on the data shown on the calibration certificate of key components.At the same time,the overall uncertainty of the weighing system was evaluated through the field test.The results showed that the uncertainty of load-cell-based weighing system of marine equipment were mainly affected by the accuracy of load-cell,data acquisition device and load-cell layout.Subject to the accuracy of load-cell at 0.1 level and the relative error of data acquisition device being less than 0.1%,the maximum relative extended uncertainty of the weighing system was 0.36%.The research results can provide a reference for the subsequent data gathering.
