Application of AI technology to the field of tick-borne diseases:a research progress
摘要
Abstract
Ticks are obligate blood-feeding parasites in the Arthropod phylum,which are widely distributed around the world and are the vectors of many diseases,posing a serious threat to public health and breeding safety.In this paper,the research progresses on application of artificial intelligence technology to tick species recognition,ticks-hosts relation based on ecology,diagnosis and prediction of tick-borne diseases are summarized,and the potential application value of artificial intelligence technology in the study of the interaction effect between ticks and tick-borne pathogens and host immune system is explored,aiming at providing more scientific and effective technical support for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of tick-borne diseases through revealing the relation between ticks-pathogens-hosts.关键词
