浅谈绞吸船装驳施工的安全管理要点
Discussing on Key Points of Safety Management for Loading Barge on Cutter Suction Dredger
摘要
Abstract
Based on the maintenance dredging project at Wusongkou anchorage,the key points of safety management for loading a barge on a cutter suction dredger were discussed,including ship mooring,loading,water drainage,transportation and etc.By adopting a series of measures such as the safety inspection and preparation before the field operation of ships,safety control during the process of ship berthing and leaving,safety monitoring and emergency treatment during the barge loading,the construction risks could be kept within a controllable range.The above safety control measures were continually executed in construction,which significantly improved the safety supervision quality.No accidents such as ship collision or equipment damage happened in one year since the construction,which effectively ensured the navigation order in the channels around Wusongkou anchorage and the project operation efficiency.关键词
